Installation Instructions

| Windows XP, Vista and 7: Follow the below steps to install V 3.0 of the Plug-in |

| IMPORTANT: When installing V 3.0, you DO NOT need to uninstall any previously installed version of CPA SafeMail. We encourage you to continue using V 2.0 until you feel comfortable with the new features and functionality of V 3.0. |

Close Outlook.

Login to your machine with the user profile that will be using the software. At the top of this page, select the "Click Here To Download" link that corresponds to your Outlook version

Follow the onscreen installation instructions until installation is complete

Launch Outlook. If you have not uninstalled a previous version, the software will just start working.

Login to CPA SafeMail: From the Outlook Home Screen, find the CPA SafeMail toolbar and select "Login" from the drop down menu

Licensed Users: Complete Steps #7 and #8 to Activate the Software. Trial Users: Skip to Step #9 to Register.

Enter your email address, password and Product Key and select the "Login" Button. If you do not have your Product Key, please contact your Firm Administrator.

Trial Users: Select "I Need a Trial Product Key".

Register by completing the the TrialRegistration Form. Select "Submit and Register". WARNING: If you provide fictitous user information your trial account will be deactivated immediately.

Enter your email address, password and select the "Remember Me" check box select "Login".
